    You can also choose not to redirect the call and have it assigned as a task for the original representative.

Yes, you can route leads to the relevant person or a queue group based on rules you set (e.g., lead source, region, or product). Calls are routed to the assigned salesperson's phone directly, making them reachable whenever and wherever needed.

Yes, you can create multiple queue groups with customized working hours. For example, one Facebook lead ad campaign can be routed to a designated person 24/7, while another campaign can be assigned to a team with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays.

  • The first call goes to salesperson 1, the second to salesperson 2, and the third to salesperson 3.

Recordings are stored for as long as you need. You can choose to delete them immediately or retain them for as long as you use our service.

Call recording is optional. If you choose not to record calls, no recordings will be made. This feature can be toggled on or off during system setup.
